Founded in 2005, the "Café Goethe" manufactory was born out of Karin Finger's passionate vision and began with handmade fruit spreads and chutneys for the hotel industry. Feinkost Käfer quickly became the first customer. After two years, the company successfully expanded into the chocolate sector, which is now its mainstay.
Coffee roasting has also been part of the repertoire since 2015.
