Our Restaurant Silberstreif was awarded 4 out of a possible 5 Schlemmer Atlas wooden spoons in March 2026. In February 2025 it was 3.5 out of a possible 5 Schlemmer Atlas Cooking Spoons and in March 2024 3 Cooking Spoons. The upward trend is even pointing towards 5 cooking spoons and is evidence of the ever-increasing quality.
In addition, our commitment to sustainability in gastronomy has been recognized with the GreenSpoon seal. The Silberstreif restaurant fulfills the requirements of the GreenSpoon seal and has a calculated SDG sustainability score of 86%.

We are proud to announce that Restaurant Silberstreif has received 3 out of a possible 5 diamonds from the Varta Guide. We also received the Varta Tip Kitchen in March 2026 - The Varta Tip Kitchen is an award from the Varta Guide that recognizes restaurants for particularly excellent, creative and high-quality cuisine. It recognizes establishments with above-average kitchen performance that goes beyond the normal rating.

Our gourmet restaurant Silberstreif is now one of the best restaurants in Germany! Awarded 3 toques, we are celebrating another milestone in our culinary journey.
On top of that, our head chef Eric Jadischke has been honored with the "Next Generation" award!
